This week at the FPL

Today the library fell back to winter hours, 3-5. It was one of those days in which chaos got the better of things as kids came in in waves and volunteers were sparse.

I had a program ready about how elections work—exciting topic, right? I do feel good that we got through the electoral college and had the chance to be properly amazed at how big Montana is and how chintzy their electoral vote number before we broke down and threw ourselves into a mad frenzy of: Twister, sewing, watercolor painting, sitting passively in teenage angst, playing bocce, and spelling on the whiteboard.

I want to thank again all those who bought Hot Tamale CDs . We are now over $300 in the black! (and soon to be red, yellow, blue—as always we need more paint).
